Ok, in an effort to spice things up a bit, the team that scores the most points will win a Mindy McCready CD. I'll try to find the one she was working on that night in Florida when a 28-year-old Roger Clemens picked her up in a bar and brought her to his hotel room to collaborate on country music (certainly no sex took place that night).


I'm not sure which CD is her first for two reasons:


  1. I don't give a shit

  2. ok, I really only have one reason

Anyhow, if she looked like this at 15, I guess we can understand what Roger was thinking. June's top point getter will be playing for photocopies of Debbie Clemens' divorce petition (they should be public record by then).

I can now officially post on this crappy blog. I just wanted to let everyone (all three of you who read this, at least) know that you shouldn't get your hopes up based on my mini-slump over the weekend. I'm about to start pulling away from the pack again.

Baltimore Bash

It looks like a decent group of us will be meeting up in Baltimore in a few weeks. Jamie, DJ, Abs, LoweTek, Stiffy, HighHeat, off the top of my head (over 1/3 of this group). Anyone else? I noticed a Welcome to Fenway South banner in Tampa Bay during last night's game. Did Kate ever get last year's banner? Are you guys all doing the Pub Crawl on Friday and/or Saturday? My wife's never been to DC and we have to drive by it anyhow, so I'm thinking of stopping for a couple of hours on the way up on Friday.

Yahoo message boards suck

One of the main reasons I don't like Yahoo fantasy leagues is because their message boards suck. You can't post pictures, you can't have clickable hyperlinks, the threading sucks, etc. Yahoo leagues are free and easy to setup, that's about all they have going for them.

That said, welcome to the MBL's official blog site. Hopefully, this will encourage more of you to post on a regular basis - and some of you to post at all. I'm giving everyone full rights to the blog, meaning you can add your own article whenever you'd like. Dave can add some of his renowned photoshop skills, abs can post recipes, dbarnetth can talk about why the west coast has suck low self-esteem, Dad and stiffy can reminisce about the old times (before TV, motor cars, fire, etc).

Same rules as before apply here - have fun, be active, but don't cross that invisible line. 2 Girls 1 Cup, Tubgirl, etc are all way over that line.

Ok, let's have some fun.
